Caring for you is our top priority

Now, more than ever, the health and safety of our clients is our number one priority. Here you will find information on how we plan to keep you safe while enjoying the benefits of massage.

COVID-19 Response and Protocols

Please understand that at this time, I can only accept clients who have been vaccinated against COVID-19. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can either do so in your member portal or please call/text 215-804-9822.

 

Information is constantly changing regarding protocols related to COVID-19 transmission. We strictly follow CDC guidelines, as well as the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals Back-to-Practice Guidelines. You can see these resources here.

 

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to review your intake form and comply with our safety procedures. You must fill out your COVID screening questions before each appointment.These questions are emailed to you automatically, so please check your spam inbox if you do not have them. 

 

Please note that if you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will not be extended. It is essential we have enough time to properly clean the treatment room for the next client, and be respectful of their time.

Temp Checks

For every client and employee, at the door

Hand Washing

Before your session starts, we request that you thoroughly wash your hands. Your therapist will as always do so before and immediately after your session. Therapist may also use hand sanitizer periodically.

Masks

All clients must wear a mask that fully covers their nose and mouth. Once you are lying face down, you may remove the mask. Therapists will wear a mask at all times, as well as a face shield during treatment.

Cleaning

Massage treatment room, all high touch areas, and restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each and every appointment.

Allergies and Products Used

We understand that many people have skin allergies or sensitivities. That is why we make every effort to use products safe for everyone. Please let us know if you have any specific sensitivities or allergies.

Laundry

We use only scent and dye-free detergents on all our linens.

Oils and Lotions

These are also scent and dye free. Please let us know if you have any specific skin allergies.

Cleaning Products

We use CDC-approved virucides to clean and disinfect the treatement room and bathrooms between appointments. These products are also scent-free.

Maternity Leave Update

Thank you to all my loyal clients. Hammer Performance Massage is now Closed for my maternity leave. I will keep you all updated as to when I will be returning to practice.
